Senior Care Cost is operated by Senior Facility Tours (seniorfacilitytours.com), an independent senior living referral and advisory service. It is not a government agency and is not affiliated with Medicare, Medicaid, the VA or any state program.
When ChatGPT calls a Senior Care Cost tool, it sends only the tool inputs: a US state, an optional metro area chosen from a fixed list, the type of care, and, if you share them, rough figures such as monthly income, savings, home equity, whether the person is married or a veteran, and whether they own long-term care insurance. The plugin never asks for or receives a name, address, phone number, email, date of birth, health records or account numbers.
Nothing. Tool inputs are used to calculate the answer and are discarded when the response is returned. The plugin has no database, sets no cookies and does no tracking. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, URL) for security and abuse prevention for up to 30 days; we do not use them to identify anyone.
Plugin cards end with an optional link to Senior Facility Tours or to a local senior advisor website in our network. Nothing is sent to that website unless you open the link; the link carries only the state, care type and a "chatgpt" source tag. If you then submit a form there, that website collects the details you enter (typically name, phone, email, city, care type and timing) so an advisor can contact you.

We do not sell personal information. Senior Facility Tours is compensated by communities only when a family it referred moves in, at no cost to the family.
To see or delete anything you submitted through a form, call (888) 456-8430 or use the contact form and ask for deletion; we respond within 30 days. You can use the plugin without ever opening the advisor link.
The plugin is meant for adults planning care for themselves or a family member and is not directed to children under 13.
